Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Swiftly Staging (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Swiftly Staging provides AI-generated virtual staging: you upload photos of rooms, and we generate furnished, photorealistic versions. Results are produced by automated AI and may vary in quality; you can regenerate or choose a different style.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Credits, payments & refunds

• New accounts receive a number of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased in packs, or via an optional subscription.
• Each staged photo consumes one credit. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Square. Because credits deliver an instant digital result, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. a technical failure on our side).

Your content & license

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the staged images you generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to the photos you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Generate misleading imagery intended to deceive (see disclosure below).
• Violate any law or infringe others' rights.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

Virtual staging disclosure

Staged images are digitally enhanced. You are responsible for disclosing that listing photos are virtually staged in accordance with your local MLS rules, real-estate regulations, and applicable law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that staged results will meet your expectations or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiftly Staging will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
