This Privacy Policy explains how Swiftly Staging ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI virtual staging service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and Google profile email.
• Photos you upload. The room images you submit for staging, and the staged images we generate from them.
• Payment information. When you buy credits, payment is processed by Square. We receive a record of the purchase (amount, credits, status) but we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — staging your photos and delivering results.
• To create and secure your account and process your purchases.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, receipts).
• To maintain, improve, and protect the Service.

Service providers we use

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• fal.ai — AI image processing of your uploaded photos.
• Square — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional email.
• Google — optional sign-in.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your photos

Photos you upload are processed by our AI provider to generate staged images and are stored so you can access your results. You retain ownership of your photos. You can request deletion of your account and associated images at any time (see Contact below).

Data retention

We retain your account information and images for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records (e.g. purchase records) to comply with law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
